All products sold by Virelius BioLabs are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not for human or animal consumption.

Because of this classification:

• Products cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our control

• We cannot verify handling, storage conditions, or chain of custody after delivery

This is a primary reason all sales are final.

NO RETURNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

• Damaged shipments

• Mishandling by the carrier

All products are packaged using industry-standard protective measures designed to withstand normal shipping conditions.

If a shipment is damaged in transit:

• The customer is solely responsible for filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier

ADDRESS ACCURACY & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Failed delivery attempts

• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

• Theft or loss after confirmed delivery

Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled once marked delivered.

ORDER PROCESSING & CANCELLATIONS

All orders are processed quickly to maintain fulfillment efficiency.

• Orders cannot be canceled once submitted

FRAUD, ABUSE & CHARGEBACKS

• Permanently ban customers who attempt to exploit refund systems

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.

At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
